There is one double room which can become a family room, sleeping 2 adults and two children.

There is also a twin room and shared bathroom

The Breakfast Room has great views of the back garden. Good choice of breakfast cereals and fruit juices. Full Scottish or continental breakfast available. BBQ area in Back Garden.

SittingRoom/Lounge available for use of guests.
